THANK YOU! - Christmas Pot-Luck Supper Dec. 20th

A special group!

We would like to thank all our patrons and friends for their help and participation in the benefit concert for my son-in-law, Rick Lyons. You raised almost $2,300.00 for him and his family. They were so surprised and thankful for the response from everyone. Rick and Sandy said to make sure I let you know how much they love you all and how much they appreciated what you did for them. God Bless.

Also, we are having our Christmas pot-luck supper this Saturday night. Bring your favorite dish and join us for a night of good food, good music, and dancing. Don't forget the free dance classes beginning at 7:00 pm. Line dancing lessons from 7:00-7:30pm, and couples dancing lessons from 7:30-8:00pm. The band starts at 8:00pm.

Thanks again for your help with the benefit.

God bless you all!

Benefit Concert For Rick Lyons December 12th

Most of our patrons at Mustangs Alley know, my son-in-law Rick Lyons. Rick is married to my daughter Sandy who is part of the Mustang Band. Rick worked the snack bar for me for almost 10 years and is loved by all who know him. Rick has been having major problems with his heart. The surgeons in our area say they can't do the necessary surgery he needs at their facilities. They contacted the surgeons at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. and they made an appointment to see Rick for an evaluation. They plan on doing the surgery in January. There are four major problems they have to address. I won't go into details, but it's a serious situation.
We will be sponsoring a benefit Friday, December 12th at 7:00 pm. Our grand daughter Jenny Ramsey will be joining the Mustang Band for a special concert. If you haven't heard Jenny sing you're in for a treat. She is currntly under contract with Brumley Music and has been to Nashville where has recorded four new singles. She will be singing a few of them that night. There will be a silent auction as well. Several vendors have dontated merchandise for the event and some of the ladies are baking pies and cakes. please help us spread the word for this event. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
On another note! We had a few special birhdays Last Saturday. Our dance instuctor , Our door keeper Betty (Oakley) Tucker, and our grandson Cory are another year older. Take a look at the pics.
Please join us this Saturday as the girls are back and ready to rock. Don't forget the free dance classes beginning at 7:00 pm. Line dancing lessons from 7:00-7:30pm, and couples dancing lessons from 7:30-8:00pm. The band starts at 8:00pm.
See you there!
